Refund policy

We take pride in our refund policy, which is designed to ensure your satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or not fit for its intended purpose. The return process can be initiated by contacting us at sunriseluxurymoments@gmail.com.

Upon receipt of your item, you will have a 30-day window to request a return. Kindly note that return postage costs are not covered by us. However, if the item is damaged, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return, and any associated postage fees will be waived.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we are unable to cover return postage costs.

Should the return be accepted and a refund agreed upon, it may take up to 3-10 working days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
